Claire Burnett is a Scottish artist with a BA(Hons) in Contemporary Art Practice and an MA in Art, Space and Nature. Working mainly in photography, collage, and installation, her work has stemmed from an interest in humanity, our relationship with nature and her own appreciation of the landscape. Through her practice she aims to share environmental awareness, believing that art can be a strong tool for communication, bridging the gap between environmental research and the wider audience. Showing the harsh lines of humanity through fluid natural shapes. Questioning humanity's attempted control over nature. She has exhibited her practice all over the UK, as well as internationally, including in Finland, the US, Denmark, and Mexico.
